"Friendly staff, good coffee and given the current social distancing regime there isn't anything out of place here. My only negative feedback is very limited 'snacks' and I constantly hear (myself included) that people leave their 'reward' card elsewhere and end up getting another one. It would be good if you could link up with an app for your rewards and maybe introduce coffee orders by text. Otherwise continue the friendly approach."
